From Countdown (pre-opening) to Blastoff (grand opening), you’ll work side by side with a mentor. Every stage is comfortably paced, ensuring you receive a quality training experience.

Come to an intensive week of training in Atlanta at the home office. Engaging, in-depth, informative classes include Finance, Personnel, Operations, Technology and Marketing. You will complete your training feeling confident and knowledgeable about the business. In fact, after the training, you will be an integral part of the brand.

Shortly after Home Office Training, you will be on your way to the Mentor Visit Program. You’ll receive on-site training in a very successful Maid Brigade office. Through real, day-to-day work experiences, you'll gain working knowledge of every process and procedure of a successful operation – from cleaning, personnel management, sales, standard operating procedures, to customer care. At Maid Brigade, we believe total quality training is at the heart of every successful operation. You’ll walk away from MVP with the confidence to train your own teams.

A qualified trainer will be sent to your location for Blastoff week. Our Blastoff trainer coaches you in selecting the best team members, who will become your first team. You and your Blastoff trainer will work side-by-side, ensuring your first team receives total quality training. Being green-certified is an important operating procedure here at Maid Brigade. That’s why we provide you with a complete train-the-trainer program, ensuring you have the skills, job training aids and tools necessary to train and green-certify your team members. During your Blastoff week, you’ll refine your working knowledge in:

• Maid Brigade Office Administration
• Personnel Management and Training
• Customer Care
• Advertising Planning

Continuous training and unlimited support is always available through Maid Brigade Franchise Group Consultants. As part Maid Brigade team, you will be assigned to work closely with a consultant, who will provide you with valuable knowledge and expertise. Your consultant will have a follow-up visit with you after you open to reinforce what you learned in training, review operations, financial and marketing strategies, and assist you with any challenges that may have arisen. But most important, this consultant will be your first line of support for as long as you are a Maid Brigade Franchisee.

Maid Brigade also provides ongoing support, enhancements and training through many other avenues:

• Our annual convention is a time to learn about new and exciting programs we have developed and exchange ideas with other successful Maid Brigade owners
• Advanced training classes are regularly offered to owners, managers and cleaning staff Franchisee Advertising, Advisory and Technology Committees
• You will have access to online training videos, DVDs, how-to manuals, Webinars, franchise conferences, franchise advisors and other programs and support tools devoted to the improvement and growth of all Maid Brigade franchisees
• Through Maid Brigade’s affiliation with The National Sales Center in Denver, you’ll have the option of using a sales center, with very high sales standards, taking pressure off of you to manage first-time customer inquiries
